Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 25, 2026
Agensive Inc. ("Agensive," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI receptionist platform and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our services, including when you create an account, book a demo, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any other information you choose to provide.
We also collect information automatically when you use Agensive, including log data (such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent), device information, and usage data generated through your interactions with our AI receptionist platform.
Additionally, we may receive information about you from third-party services you connect to Agensive, such as your CRM, calendar, or scheduling software, subject to their respective privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Agensive platform — including answering calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments on your behalf. Specifically, we use your data to:
Provide, personalize, and improve our services; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages; respond to comments and questions; and monitor and analyze trends and usage.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
3. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default and may be extended at your request through your account settings.
When you cancel your Agensive account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your use of our website and services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted).
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of our services may not function properly. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Call recordings and transcripts are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; and the right to data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@agensive.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
7. Children's Privacy
Agensive is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at privacy@agensive.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of Agensive after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
